Roy Humphries
Roy returned from Africa in 1994 where he was head teacher of a large international school. Since returning he has been engaged by a number of organisations as a business consultant with a variety of roles. He has delivered a wide range of workshops and development interventions from project and personal development planning, to teambuilding, entrepreneurship, business and strategic planning.
Roy specialises in creativity and innovation, mind mapping with both De-Bono and Buzan techniques as well as HR management and he has current experience of recruitment and employment issues, which includes assessment and development centres.
He has delivered bespoke short courses and accredited CMI, JEB, OCR, and ILM management courses and he is an experienced NVQ assessor.
Gerry McGivern
Gerry is a very experienced trainer with unique knowledge of certain public sector organisations. Has a long list of satisfied clients to whom he has delivered various programmes including ILM, CMI bespoke and off the shelf courses.
He is an approved I.L.M. trainer for all Certificate and Diploma programs with the N.I.P.S. G.G. Training Enterprises and is a member of the staff at East Antrim Inst. His work at RAF Aldergrove with armed forces personnel has enabled hundreds of serving officers to attain management and Learning & Development NVQs. He takes a leading role in preparing serving defense personnel for civilian occupations.
He is the responsible for quality assurance within Kairos and has successfully guided the organisation to Direct Claim Status for most of the NVQ qualifications that we deliver. Kairos is the only Northern Ireland Company to achieve this with OCR. He has facilitated and delivered both Certificated and Diploma programmes through to final assessment for public and private clients.
Vivien Greenlees
Vivien is an experienced consultant/coach specialising in the areas of personal development, marketing and business strategy. She has lectured for both the University of Ulster and Queens University but works mostly with corporate clients
ranging from individual SME owners to public sector clients including RAF. She has been employed within the FE sector for 15years managing her section within the department of business and management
She is one of two professional facilitators in Northern Ireland recognised by ILM to coach and deliver training using accelerated learning techniques. She is an approved assessor for both management NVQ’s (to level 5) and Business Development NVQ’s (to level 4)
Trevor
Trevor Lee is MILM, MIBA, MIPD., and has extensive experience in the field of Training, Management Development, Mentoring and Consultancy. He is a specialist NVQ Assessor / Internal Verifier for Management, Learning & Development, Health & Safety. He is responsible for design, delivery of International Management Development Programmes to client companies throughout the Gulf States of Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar.
He is currently involved in the delivery of training, development and consultancy services within a large department of the Northern Ireland Civil Service as well as previous experience in working in SME development.
